Our policy is that payment must by made at the time of visit. Acceptable methods of payment are:

Personal check
Credit or debit card

Our office visit fee ranges from $155.00 to $235.00 for the first vist. Any additional services such as x-rays, sutures, labs etc, are billed in addition to the office visit.
