Confidential Help

We can assure you that your privacy will be guarded very carefully. We adhere to State and Federal laws that outline the standards of confidentiality. Exceptions to confidentiality are made in only cases in which someone’s safety may be at risk. Your counselor will discuss this with you at the time of your first visit.

Free of Charge

Emergency One EAP is offered free of charge to employees and their immediate family members. Visits to the EAP are often all that is needed to resolve a problem. It there is a need to make a referral to a community resource for more help, the counselor will share these opinions with the employee.
